He was also a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Tulsa. The parade starts at 8:45 a.m. and will move from Eufaula Street and James Garner Boulevard down Jenkins Street to the Cleveland County Veterans Memorial at Reaves Park. The ceremony will start at 11 a.m. Maj. Gen. Myles Deering, the state's adjutant general and a Norman resident, will be the parade's grand marshal.
