U.S. Army from 1950-51. He was stationed in Korea. Joe was also a member of the Elks Lodge in Winona. Joe is survived by his wife, Char; daughter Kathy (Fred) Gvillo of N.C.; stepchildren, Ceres (Michael) Law of Loganville, Ga.; Pat Stenberg of Winona; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
